50% Clearance Target

Who would say no to 50% OFF anything Star Wars???
.
I work between a Target and a 5 Below so I make a weekly pilgrimage to each at least once a week. I do the 5 Below more frequently because they stock new toys every day. It's easy to get a "Shopping fix" in for a few dollars.

I saw a BB-8 that opened into a death star style play set. It was 50% off from 199.99 down to $99.99.. more than I was ready to spend since I'm taking my car in for inspection in a few days. Maybe it will be a higher % off by Sunday.
Forces of Destiny

The "Figure +1" variety sets were 50% off from $24.99 to $12.99.
There is still a Larger package that has the Endor Princess Leia with Ewok that was at a higher price point and is still full retail price. I restrained myself and only got one of each.

These are based on web cartoons of the female characters geared for young female fans. I'll have to do a bit of digging but I don't believe the line will be continued so these could become a rare commodity if it's a once and done promotion. I remember the Queen Amidala Dolls that came out with Episode I. They were amazingly detailed and even though they are Dolls, they are Star Wars and I wish I had some MIB of those.
Here is my Forces of Destiny shelf. I have all 3 of the single dolls and 2 of the doll+1 packs.

6pcs Original Trilogy 5.5" Bootleg

Original Trilogy 6 figure set.
I acquired 2 more sets of these bootlegs from China Post today.
4 of the 6 are 5-1/2"
Yoda is 4-1/8"
R2 is 3-1/2"
-----------
These figures are of the "Chest Laser" variety.
Its not a laser pointer but it is very bright
I would almost say it 'Child un-Safe' bright.
The torso of all the figures are 2 piece front and back that are screwed together. This is to accommodate the LED and battery.
No painted details on the face.
 Laser 'On'
Vader gets a Pink Saber and Luke gets Green. Both are made from the same mold.
Classic Storm Trooper design and comes with what I think is a copy of the Bousch weapon.
Has the "OII" back design we would expect. below is the button for the LED there 2 raised half circles to keep the button from being easily pushed. You can see the philips screws that hold the figure together.
Helmet looks good with painted detail.
Chewbacca with detachable bandoleer and long pokey stick.
Textured look over the entire figure.
Lipstick?? some black paint for fur contrast.
Silver and Black detailing on the bandoleer.
Luke in Jedi robes and Green Saber.
 Eyes are a bit off..
Boot articulation turns 360*
R2-D2 comes with a HUGE WEAPON. I believe this is cast from  Momaw Nadon's Weapon. I have seen this used many times with other bootleg figures.
This is the ONLY Green LED figure. All others are Red.
The detail in the casting is accurate but the paint job is feeble. Gold and Blue only.
 Legs and Head are articulated.
Another look at this.....
Yoda (detachable limb variant) cames with a triangular Battle Axe.
Face sculpt and paint detail is good.
I have this same axe in a "Shadows" era bootleg deluxe set.
No figures have peg holes. Feet do turn/spin.
Cape does come off.

Clearance Wars... or Some like it Cheap.

Nothing is better than a Clearance Sale on Star Wars toys.
At my local Wallmart I found these for $5 Each.  The Force of Destiny is a product line geared towards young female fans. This set only includes Disney created characters.
At Target this is the first from "The Last Jedi" to be on clearance. I no longer pay retail for toys so this is the First-Last Jedi toy in my collection.

Prequel Bootlegs- un-articulated 6pcs set

Here is a set of bootleg figures from the prequel era.

These 6 figures have NO articulation whatsoever. The Clone Trooper is a single solid piece where the other figures are glued together at the waist so as to be able to have cloaks or capes. Each figure is numbered 1-6 on the rear of each figure in the actual molding. Padme's gun has the same number as her figure. Darth Vader and his detachable cape both have the same number. The Dark Side figures have separate lightsabers while the Light Side figures have the Lightsabers molded to the figures. The 2 guns are detailed with silver giving them a nicer look. All figure have a single stand hole on the right foot.
#1 Darth Vader Technically Vader was not Vader till Episode III but seems to be included in almost every bootleg collection.
Vader's eyes are painted silver dots. Chest controls are Silver and Red
You can see the #1 above the belt buckle.
Silly production notes: Vader's Belt seems to facing backwards.
Peg hole on the back for the detachable cape. The shoulders of the cape are detailed with Silver dots.
Detail on his Lightsaber. Looks more like the Prequel Obi-Wan saber hilt.
Padme #2. This is based on an Episode I figure of Padme from the battle on her home planet of Naboo. Terrible paint job.
#2 upside down on the inside of her cape.
#2 visible on the butt of the gun. I assume this was for matching the accessories to the correct figure. The scope of the gun is detailed with Silver paint.

#3 Darth Maul. His character existed only in Episode I. He has a Red face with brighter Red horns.
 #3 on his right shoulder.
Detail on the Lightsaber looks authentic to the real thing.
#4 Qui-Gon Jinn. His character was exclusively in Episode I.
#4 is upside down on his back.
Here you can see the the Lightsabers are molded to the figures.
#5 Obi-Wan Kenobi. This figure of Obi has his Padawan Braid so this would be an Episode I figure.
#5 is on the rear right shoulder.
#6 Clone Trooper. Clones were not introduced until Episode II.
 #6 is on his butt.
Figures are poorly painted but the Red logo on the helmet is highly detailed.
All figures only have stand holes on the right foot.
Weapon is nicely detailed with silver paint.
